WARNING - VERY GRAPHIC: Chin Block grafts are, inarguably, the best bone material that can represent the nearest match possible when adding bone tissue to deficient areas in the upper or lower jaw. Healing and osseointegration is superb and outperforms, for most patients, all other forms of graft resource (hip bone, allograft, irradiated cadaver bone, etc). Watch Dr. Brant remove a small block of bone from the chin that will be used to repair a deficient area of the patient's jawbone. Chin bone regenerates quickly and completely without incident.
